What Skinboosters™ and Volite treatments are?
The treatments are deep moisturizing treatments, during which hyaluronic acid is injected into the skin tissue to increase the skin's moisture and elasticity. The treatments improve the quality of the skin by moisturizing, firming and smoothing out fine wrinkles. Treatment targets can be hands, neck, face and décolleté.

What kind of results can be achieved with the treatments?
Skin deep moisturizing treatments improve skin elasticity and moisturize dry skin. Reduces lines and slows down the formation of fine lines. Deep moisturizing treatments improve the unevenness of the skin and make the skin smoother. After the treatment, the skin is immediately more moisturized, younger and more energetic.
What is included in the treatment?
Before the skin deep moisturizing treatment, you will have a comprehensive consultation. In connection with the treatment, the treatment plan and possible thoughts and questions about the future procedure will be reviewed. You get to fill out the preliminary information form for injection treatments and we go through the course of the treatment. The treatment starts with cleansing the skin, followed by deep moisturizing the skin. After the filler treatment, we go through the aftercare instructions and you can complete the entire treatment with a relaxing and restorative moment
at Klinik Linnea.
Who is the treatment intended for?
Skin deep moisturizing treatments; Restylane Skinboosters™ and Juvéderm® Volite are suitable for adult men and women who want to reduce fine lines, improve skin elasticity and moisturize the skin with long-lasting treatment results.
Are there any restrictions associated with the treatment?
The treatment is not performed on pregnant or breasfeeding women. The age limit for treatment at Klinik Linnea is 18 years. Obstacles to the treatment are also: active herpes, inflammatory condition in the treatment area, overgrowth of scars, porphyria, permanent filler in the treatment area, implant in the treatment area, skin diseases, open wound/skin damage in the treatment area, skin cancer, warts, bacterial/fungal infections.
The treatment is also not performed if your skin is frostbitten/burnt. The underlying diseases and possible medications must be balanced. Medication that affects blood clotting should be mentioned to the treating nurse or doctor. Healing time
A cannula or a very thin needle is used in deep skin moisturizing treatments, thanks to which the recovery time is short. Most of Klinik Linnea's clients immediately get back to work and normal life after the treatment. Some customers may experience normal side effects such as swelling, soreness or bruising in the injection area. The above-mentioned reactions usually disappear in a couple of days,
and we recommend always being prepared for them when thinking about the time for treatment.
Maintenance of results:
Depending on the product, the result lasts up to 9-12 months. The attending nurse or doctor will advise you on how to maintain your result.
Klinik Linnea recommends the Zo Skin Health skin care program designed just for you and at least SPF30 sun protection, regardless of the season, for maintaining results at home.
