Terms of delivery
Effective from June 1, 2022

Online store

Klinik Linnea Oy (business ID 3176489-8) sells products under the marketing name Klinik Linnea to individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.


Products are ordered from the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the content of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used without the customer's consent for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities arising in it. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have identified yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Payment and payment methods

Payment is made through the Phorest service.

The following cards are accepted as payment methods: Mastercard, American Express, Visa.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering. We need a phone number for Posti or a similar transport company, which will notify you of the package's

arrival by text message.

Delivery method and costs

You can see the delivery costs of your order after choosing the payment and delivery method. Klinik Linnea online store delivery costs for purchases under €200 (two hundred euros) are €10 (ten euros). When purchases exceed €200 (two hundred euros),

online store deliveries are free of charge. 

If the customer does not pick up the product sent to him, it will be returned to the supplier. If the customer wishes, the Supplier will resend the package to the customer at the nearest pick-up point for a price of 15 euros. However, if the customer cancels the order at this stage, the Supplier is entitled to deduct from the price the costs caused by the online store's payment transaction, i.e. 3.5%, as well as the transport fees already incurred. Inquiring about the returned package is the customer's responsibility, and products that have not been picked up for more than 6 months are returned to the supplier's ownership.

Exchange and return conditions

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Law you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right to return cosmetic products only applies to unused and salable products in their original packaging. Returning the product takes place at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

When returning a delivered order, include your customer number/name and contact information. When we have received the product, we will return the payment immediately to the payment method you used in the online store, unless otherwise agreed. If you decide after the purchase, to cancel the order before the product has been sent to you, it is enough to notify us and we will immediately return your money.

We reserve the right to deduct the costs of payment brokerage (3.5%) from the refundable amount if, for example, the customer orders and cancels his purchase repeatedly.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error to the parties mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in the transportation, the product must be immediately complained to the transport office.
