What is Sculptra®?
Sculptra®is not a filler but a biostimulator that activates the skin's collagen production. The loss of collagen due to aging weakens the skin's structure and reduces its elasticity and moisture resistance. This can show up in your skin as furrows, lines, deep wrinkles and loss of elasticity and firmness. Sculptra® is designed to support the rebuilding of collagen to keep your skin firm and elastic. Sculptra's active ingredient is poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which is the world's first collagen stimulator that actively regenerates the skin by restoring its fullness and smoothing lines.

What kind of results can be achieved with the treatment?
Sculptra® restores the skin's youthful firmness and fullness by activating the skin's own collagen production. The results are visible, natural, come gradually after treatment sessions and are long-lasting (more than 2 years).
What is included in the treatment?
The treatment includes Sculptra®- injection treatment consultation, skin cleansing, treatment procedure, aftercare cream, aftercare instructions and a relaxing and restorative Klinik Linnean moment.

Who is the treatment intended for?
The treatment is designed for men and women aged +35 years who have aging changes. Clients with loose/sagging/visible lines will benefit from the treatment the most.
Are there any restrictions associated with the treatment?
The treatment is not performed on pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have questions about the suitability

Healing time
Recovery from treatment is fast, so Sculptra® injection treatment is suitable, for example, for treatment during the lunch hour.
However, with injection treatments, you should always be prepared for possible slight swelling, light redness and possible bruises.
Maintenance of results:
Klinik Linnea recommends treatment, depending on the initial situation, 2-3 times serial treatment per client in order to achieve optimal treatment results. Treatment sessions every 4-6 weeks. The results last up to 25 months.
